This has got to be the worst run medical office I have ever been to. My doctor is fine but they never bill my insurance. I try to talk to someone on the phone and never get the promised return call. I will not return to this group, not because of the doctor because the customer service is awful.

I called two or three times on Monday and Tuesday and now it is Friday and I still haven't received a call. It was an important question regarding my prescription and the dosage and I was bleeding a lot and no one ever called. It just makes you feel as a patient that the doctors could care less about you.

Horrible. Dr Iyangar, Tara has no compassion out bedside manner. I was released com the hospital on 10/14 for a blood clot in my lung and she did a breast exam only today. She didn't even listen to my lungs, let alone to me. The only saving grace is the manager Heather who attracted she will do everything to help me. I can't breath yet the Dr started there are no restrictions on three type of work I do manual or not and I'm always I pain. That didn't matter either. She just put me off on a lung Dr without giving me a referral or a primary care which I just got a referral to and haven't even had my first appointment. My experience was awful.

Dr. Kalmadi is the perfect combination of compassion and a sharp medical mind. He is always available to his patients. I volunteer in the cancer unit where he has privileges, so i get to whitness his bedside manner in person.he is always optimistic and kind. These qualities make a world of difference to patients when they are traveling through the arduous journey of cancer treatment. I see him speed walking throughout the hospital to check in on his patients, and even though he's rushing to each patient's bedside, he's always able to stop and say hello or answer any questions I may have. As far as my own care, he provides me with excellent treatment for everything from a routine B vitamin shots to the iron infusions that i endure 2-3 times a year. He takes the time out to go through all of my lab levels, which can be a lengthy process when i have to give 14 tubes of blood. He's truly passionate to my care.
