Man what can I say. I dealt with Jason on the counter side of things. Super awesome guy. Attentive and easy going. Kept me posted on all progress and/or changes. Eric was the tech. Did an amazing job. Sounds like a brand new bike. Runs like new. Hell she was even cleaner! Even came out when I picked her up to make sure everything was good. Couldn't be happier. The friendliest and most cheerfully helpful staff I have been blessed to get to know during a purchase experience. I have shopped many motorcycle shops and have met many nice people, but Go AZ Motorcycles in Scottsdale was fantastic across the board with great customer-focus and genuine interest and excitement around motorcycles from the sales floor (Brad and Ryan this means you!), all the way through financing/business (Danny Foss), and parts/merchandise (Aaron Slagle and Jason Neppl). I had been shopping for a BMW K1600 model (and saving my pennies) for the past few years, and when I was ready to buy, these folks helped made the decision process smooth and low-stress. Very glad we met all of you -- and I'm looking forward to burning through those break-in miles and seeing you again soon for my first service! Thank you to everyone there -- well done!

My wife and I had a very good experience at Go AZ Motorcycles. We worked with Natalie, Don and Erin; they were helpful, professional and we never felt pressured. Natalie was very attentive and friendly; paperwork can take a while, but she was there to keep us company and made sure we were taken care of. They answered all our questions and also made sure I was purchasing the bike that I wanted. The facility was very nice and other staff personnel also made you feel welcomed. I recommend these folks, if you are in the market for a new motorcycle.

Amazing shop with every brand you can image. I drove down from Colorado just to get my Bobber from GO AZ. Chris Umfrid was fantastic and did everything he could to make my purchase go smoothly. After a crazy overnight drive through a Colorado snowstorm I was pleased with how they helped me. I will definitely be calling down for my next motorcycle purchase.
