This Office Manager is Satan, Reincarnated.... I recently tried to book a new patient appointment with one of the Doctors in this practice. I got quoted a new patient price of 185.00 with follow up appointments at 200.00 a piece. I received my paper work, and to my dismay it listed a price of 385.00. I called Satan(Michelle) the \Office Manager\ and she proceeded to sass me and let me know that she would NEVER quote that price. She offered no apology and said \No Doctor will EVER see you for that price\. Let's be honest folks, Psychiatrists get paid too much to begin with. I would think that the doctor would hire a person that is sensitive to people's needs. I didn't care that she made a mistake, but turning your stupidity around on a prospective patient is rude and unacceptable. You work in the mental health field. Act like it learn some manners and customer service skills.
