Love Doc Ferrara! He was referred to me by a friend that also lifts at the Gym. She said he was amazing and that was true. He was awesome. Got me right in to take care of a hernia that I incurred sometime during my lifting. Recovery was easy and I am back 100%. Love Doc Ferrara and would def recommend him to anyone that needs a real doc!

Hearing that you you have appendicitis is not a very pleasant experience. But luckily Dr. Ferrara came in and save the day. He was very reassuring and had a wonderful bedside presence. He treated me with respect and answered any questions that I had. He came in early before a full day of surgeries so that I wouldn't have to wait around in pain all day. My recovery was quick and the surgical sites look great.

Be very careful with this practice. I have never been to this practice and received a collection call from an outside collection agency in regards to a Sept 2016 visit that the collection agency said I had with Dr. Ferrara. I have never received a letter, a phone call, nothing from this practice. How I found out was a collection company called my wife who is 7 months pregant which put her in a panic that I am in \collections\. I advised the collection agency when I called back that I have never been to this medical agency but they didn't care and just wanted me to pay \money\. I had to go as far as calling my insurance company where they 3 way a call into the Dr. Ferrara billing office. This was 3 hours of my day today all to find out that the billing department at Dr. Ferrara sent my name to a collection agency in error. How is that even possible to make that mistake? How did they get my wife's number? Be warned if you receive a call from a collection agency or this medical practice says you owe a bill and do your homework first. I would highly recommend you look else where for services. Hey Dr. Ferrara office thanks a bunch for putting my 7 month pregnant wife in a panic as she thinks her 800 credit score husband with no debt no owes money for some medical issue she had no idea about. Way to GO!!!

I had been admitted to Scottsdale North for an appendicitis. Dr. Ferrara performed my surgery and I really liked him. During my postop visit in his office, he took the time to explain the laparoscopic appendectomy procedure and it was quite fascinating. Great bedside manner and shows compassion. Not just a \cut into you\ kind of doctor - genuinely seems like he cared.
