I completed on my first house today with Scott Fraser. Simon Liddicot was superb throughout - I first viewed a property with him a year ago and he listened carefully to understand what I was looking for and stayed in touch over the next nine months until the right one came up. He was always friendly and professional, and honest and authentic about the properties - I never felt under pressure or that I was being sold to at any point. During the buying process he was very responsive guided me through it - and didn't put me under any pressure when I asked for a slight delay towards the end. I would highly recommend him and the whole team - I also did a viewing with Adrian Wraight who seemed very good too.

I have been a client of Scott Fraser for over a decade, managing my property myself but using their Lettings Sevice. I have always found everyone efficient, helpful, friendly and flexible - when I had to spend a couple of months overseas they took over the full management for the duration at a very reasonable fee. So when my circumstances altered a year ago I had no hesitation in changing to the Full Management service permanently. Despite all the problems of lockdown I continued to receive efficient service from two Property Managers, Sana Suntharamoorthy and Adam Merza. I have recently re-let the property and the Lettings Team - Paige Morgan, Frankie Poole and Paige McCann - were once again enthusiastic, helpful and professional.
