We used Fiona Marsh of Scott Duff for the conveyancing of our house. The job was not completely straightforward, but managed with aplomb by Fiona. The task was reasonably and fairly priced. I was particularly impressed with Fiona's excellent communication and reassuring professionalism. Faultless service.

I rented a property with my former partner. I was seven months pregnant when he injured me by crashing his car head on in a car park while I was in the front seat. When I broke up with him he left and stopped paying rent. Scott Duff helped my landlord evict me and my newborn son from our flat a few months after I gave birth. The worst part is Scott Duff and my landlord didn't evict my former partner, so I'm the only one with an Order for Possession on my record and I'm the only one who has been ordered to repay the court costs to the landlord. This can have consequences for me and my child in the future in terms of being able to own a home, but these consequences will not apply to my partner.

horrible ppl! very rude. I called and asked if they do sign declaration form for a passport application? I told them the documents I have and they said they would do it for 5. I take some time off work to go there just to find out the solicitor refuses to sign the paper for no valid reason! she said ''I'm not comfortable signing this''. they could have told me when I called so I should use my time going elsewhere!
Excellent solicitors they are helping me at the minute,i've recieved nothing but first class care from the second i phoned them wouldn't go anywhere else.
