If you’re looking for doctors and a team that genuinely care for your child, this is your team. They are very professional, attentive to listen to your concerns, treat your child with kindness, and properly diagnose your child’s treatment. They have a clean office as well. Last week was an extremely traumatic time for our family with my child’s sickness. I had already taken him to another physician and he was not properly diagnosed. Therefore, by the time he got to this office he had a bad case of pneumonia. This team was amazing last week. Each one of their doctors was involved with his care: Dr Deweese, Dr Walker, and Dr. Cottrill. With the good Lord’s help, they saved my son’s life. Before, if my child was sick, I’d take them where I could get them in: HIMG, this office, or urgent care. I’m done, if my kid is not dying, they will wait until we can get them into this office. They’re that good, and they’re worth the wait. Also they have a nurse named Amanda who’s worked there several years, and she does a great job too. All of them do.

I love Dr Thompson and Dr Cotrill. But today I was not happy with the nurse staff. I had an appointment to get my 13mo old flu shot and she was pulling her ears and the nurses refused to look in her ears because their schedule was busy. Guess it didn't matter we were a scheduled appointment too.

The doctors office and doctors are great and wonderful. The only prob i have is trying to get perscriptions ready for pick up over the phone. No one ever calls back and now im trying to get a perscription ready to pick up in 2 days this actually sucks.
