Lisa Dixon helped us book a cruise and I can only say she was brilliant. Very engaging and helped with ideas and put together a great cruise / land trip. Lisa was exceptionally efficient and very responsive, even taking the trouble to find out about a trip for another cruise we are doing later this year (fingers x) with SCC. Absolutely first class service! We booked a cruise last year with Lisa and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us on what cruise would suit us. Unfortunately we had to cancel this due to Covid. Lisa worked tirelessly to ensure we received our refund, constantly keeping us up to date and checking in with us. First class service.
Great professional company to deal with. Booked my last cruise and was a breeze. I even received all the jet2 print offs for flights. Holiday booking etc in a handy booklet just prior to going. Brilliant! Saved me loads of time. Would recommend.
