This is the only place to go for gelato, waffles, pancakes, sundaes & more, in fact we go most Sundays! The staff are great, super friendly & nothing is too much trouble. It’s really nice to go somewhere with a super relaxed atmosphere whilst still following government guidelines to coincide with Covid-19! It’s a A***** from us!

Awful service. Went yesterday for a treat, I ordered a waffle and paid extra for strawberries. The strawberries were so gone off they were like liquid, I tasted one not really and it tasted like they had fermented. Told them about it and got a rude look by the girl serving and they replaced. By this time everyone had finished their sundaes. Please don’t charge extra for fruit and happily serve gone off mushy fruit. It’s pretty obvious when strawberries are well past their best. They smell, they turn liquidy and they go a very dark red. Expect better to be honest. Furthermore charging 5 for 2 cans of lemonade is pretty extortionate. Won’t be returning. Far better places in southsea to treat my daughter.

Great tasting, good value. Waitress in Elm Grove branch was NOT in a good mood and I found a hair in my M&M waffle!

Sometimes you just need this and boy does it hit the spot. A first year uni staple! I like the variety in this place and the way you can mix and match flavours and consistencies! I must say unless you're ready good at eating share the waffle with someone! I loved the fruit waffles as they were comforting and juicy. Even if you just want an ice cream it's great- with their generous scoops! I adore the pomegranate ice cream! If you're a dessert person you'll love it and also it DELIVERS!!
