SCIS supplied and installed our new phone system - I had a quick response from their team answering all my queries and making recommendations on what we needed. Installation was swift and our team love the new phone system, which works seamlessly with remote workers too!
I have used the services of SCIS for a number of years through my employment and I honestly couldn't rate the service more highly. The team show upmost professionalism throughout all that they do, are so efficient and willing to support from the smallest enquiries to much larger technical queries. They consistently go above and beyond what they are paid to do, and never make me feel daft for asking the most simple of questions. I have yet to work with a member of the team that has not had the same professionalism, genuine care and ethics as the others. I would recommend them to anyone in need of either personal or professional IT support.
Purchased a monitor mount from SCIS and the entire experience was great. There was a slight delay from the manufacturer side but I got constant feedback during the entire process from Simon the sales guy at SCIS. Receiving a response is key when dealing with a vendor and thats what made my experience great!
