This is an excellent and friendly shop. Customer service is top notch. I came in to get dry ice for a shipment back to the states. I had an issue when taking the sealed box of goods to the local DHL in the village as they only spoke german and wouldn't accept my package for delivery. I went back to KKS and spoke to the owner about the situation. He understood english very well and offered to follow me down to another DHL in the neighboring village. He explained that I needed to ship my package by 2 day DHL Express but I was still turned down by DHL and advised to try the main DHL at the train station in Homburg which eventually told me they couldn't ship my package either. It turned out that 2 day DHL shipments have to be requested online or by phone for a scheduled pickup at your house or place of business. If anyone else tries this, be sure that you receive an email containing a shipping label with a barcode because the delivery driver needs this in order to pick up your package. You have to PRINT out the label and attach it to your package. DHL does not do Saturday or Sunday deliveries so plan your pick up between Monday and Wednesday in order to allow for travel time.
