Finished a lovely cycle trip with my mum in Schoonhoven and ended up at Dame. While we first were a bit hesitant as the venue is at/next to a campsite, we straight away felt extremely welcoming. The people are very friendly and do what they do with passion, they serve some nice local drinks & bites (try the bitterballen! ;-) ) and make sure the place has a nice laid-back atmosphere. Definitely recommended if around!

Now that Fausto is closed due to COVID-19 this is my cycling coffee stop in the area. Run by the same lovely people and staff provides the same excellent service. Menu is similar but slightly with more options. Tasty coffee!

Really good place. Chilled atmosphere. Great staff. Nice location on the river near Schoonhoven. Fab coffee. Good choice of beers. Highly recommended.
