My experience here at Schluter Acura was absolutely phenomenal from the first moment of contact. Brandon, my sales rep went above and beyond the entire process. From sending photos of the vehicle I inquired about to me after-hours, to accommodating multiple test drives (of the same car, as I slowly made my decision): he even let me take it home for the night when I was struggling to make a choice. Brandon then waited patiently after I returned the vehicle before making a final purchase decision. When it came time for numbers, we were able to agree upon a very fair price. I was then introduced to Kaitlynn my finance manager who was super easy going and did not shove an uncomfortable sales pitch down my throat. She provided all the necessary information for me to make an educated decision on warranty and protection products. This all comes from someone who works in the car industry. I see it all; the good, the bad and the ugly. I strongly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used Acura to call and ask for Brandon & Kaitlynn. You will not be disappointed. Thanks guys! We are absolutely loving our new Acura and want to thank Jim again for his professionalism and knowledge. I used to be a very scared winter driver- and I mean scared. I would refuse to drive in bad snow and was a wreck even if it was just lightly snowing. This Acura has changed all of that. I have driven myself home from work in the worst weather and I am confident that this SUV will get me home safely. I know it sounds corny but it has changed my life. My husband and I are long time Honda and Acura lovers but it has been a long time since we’ve had one. This SUV reminds us of why we were such fans of their models.
