If you are not allowed around 21:00 (sunday 25 Feb 2018) to enter and there is a lady clearly stating that the person just in front of you is really the end of the line, this is called no service and flexibility. Very disappointing.

If you have the about twenty minutes it takes them to serve up a burger and fries, then the experience isn't half bad :-) Burger garnish is really good. The fries not the best but not half bad either. I'd wish they had more crispiness to them, but no, and they may have put sugar on them... Well, at least you can have as much ketchup or Mayo you'd like :-D

Service is horrible. Gave me an old peace of cake, but on stand they have fresh one. I asked to give me fresh peace, they rejected my request by saying “we will not give you another peace, go to a different cafe.” Also they did transaction in USD, even there was an option in euro and I asked to charge in euro. They charged additional 3.5% transaction fee. Looks like it is scum.

Awful service very bad taste of the coffee 6 euros !! Canned whip cream .. !! Money change wise .. they fool u if u pay in euros or dollar .. and it’s not open 24/7 as they claim Stay away from this place .. stay hungry better than buying from this place !

They took my money in the credit card. I waited 20 minutes for a hamburger they did not even start. They would not credit back on my card, they only offered me Euros. I was nearly late for my plane to the States. What was I going to do with 12 Euro? They gave me a much cheaper sandwich. They kept my money. They gave terrible service.
