I was there to buy liquors and chocolates on March 15, 2021. I bought 1 twin pack of chivas valued 53.90 and 1 Jack Daniels valued 28.90. The staff there asked my boarding pass to scan. Unfortunately the security in Doha airports took all my liquors because it did not wrape with safety sealed bag whic is I have no idea why the casier did not put my liquors on that bag. I was so angry with the security but what can I do. I only can see my liqor got confiscated there. And I lost my money because of your unresposibble staff. And now i don't know to whom i can address this complaint or at least i got email to write directly to you. I just write this review for every body lesson.

Bought few cosmetics and liquor from the store fortunately a nice salesman help in cosmetics appreciates dere patience’ and help Drinks here slightly expensive where as fortunately some offers were running while my visit Founded choclates slightly expensive compared with usa.
I have been buying all my whiskey on my way back to India from See Buy Fly duty free. The shop is good with some good collection of brands and types. I love their tasting counter where I get to taste the newest brands and flavors. Overall a great venue to shop liquor while returning from Schiphol.
No stars for this particular gem of a company if I could. Was knowingly sold dodgy stock by one of their rude and unhelpful staff. When I went to their customer service department the rude and unhelpful staff there caused no end of hassle, I had to constantly chase, they refused to deal with the surly nature of their sales staff 'We've dealt with it'. I asked how no answer. No apology, nothing. Asked me to return the product and that they would refund the cost then told me after that they only refund up to a certain amount, apparently it was my choise to send 200 EURO GLASSES via registered post! In the end I went to the manufacturer who solved the issue. Don't deal with these people, they don't like you, they only want your money and they are happy to give you dross from the bottom of the storage room. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I really hope they go backrupt!
Very expensive. Special offers are more expensive than douglas/ici paris at regular prices. Incredibly rude and stupid staff that allow you ONE spritz of a perfume tester.
Purchased a single head European travel adaptor here for 12.95 but found the exact same travel adaptor afterwards outside for 4.66. That is almost 3 times more.. They are certainly marking up their products. Be cautious.
In shop Centraal, at the country there was a lady very rude, I said good morning and at the end good bye, but I have not receive any answer!
