Few times in my life I've dealt with such a rude staff. Agressive replies to simple queries re. watches on display (not even asking about the most sought after and never available steel models). Quite damageable to the brand experience. Get your stuff together Rolex !

We Recently visited Amsterdam , I currently own and also have my name on the waiting list for 3 different watches. Only calling in the official Rolex shop for a enquiry I got made to feel very small by the women in the shop. She had a customer who was being treated extremely well and he was doing just the same as me but maybe we were dressed differently. The women doesn’t deserve to have a position in that store and easily pre judges her customers.
