Terrible service. Unproffessional, Rude, Ignorant. Staff not wearing masks, During covid time only toiilet is outside portable type, distgusting, dirty, and NO water hot or cold, TOTALLY against government guidelines. 20-30 drivers cueing together in cold and wet to give in paperwork for hours on end, un-hygenic and un-neccasary, Totally understaffed and disorganised. As a freight \driver\ we actually spend more time waiting outside with no protection from the weather for documents than we do driving. Record wait so far: 18 hours to load! Pathetic. Company needs to look at its own mission statement...

I was unable to personally transfer my checked bag at Amsterdam Airport because of covid-19 restrictions with my passport. Menzies lost and found department was able to locate my bag and transfer it to my connecting airline. The efficiency in service and speedy email response helped me make both of my flights going and returning. Keep in mind my flights were between non alliance airlines. Amsterdam border patrol agents were a great help too, they directed me to Menzies. Thank you for the A service.
