I booked through Booking.com; for Alamo by Enterprise at AMS Schiphol Airport. As soon as we got there, we got an upgrade on the car without additional expenses. The car, a Suzuki Cross, was almost brand new and completely clean. All the staff was really nice and helpful. They strongly recommend to get the insurance directly with them though. When you get the insurance through Booking.com, in case of any incidents, the company will charge you, and you must file the reimbursement request to Booking’s insurance. Luckily nothing bad happened in my experience. It was a great experience. I totally recommend it.

I came from Brazil with my husband and babie girl and this company has no SUV Its incredible how a international company in Europe dont have SUV or big cars I should give 1 star only.I was very kinda.Maybe, next time, i can rate better.
I accidentaly booked the wrong pick-up place: instead of the airport I booked the city of Amsterdam. However, the staff at the airport was really helpful to change the pick-up and return to the airport. Excellent and very customer friendly service. Will book Enterprise / Alamo again next time!
If you have stars with minus I will choose that. I saw your score and I thought you are a good company. So, I decide to rent a car from your office.(Holiday purpose fist time in Netherland). Guess what happen. I got in time prepared all the documentation but my debit card was not good only credit card even if I used that card to rent cars in Canada, Italy. I asked the guy at least to try, he didn't want to. (Good guy!) In this century a bunch of people DOES NOT NEED a credit card they have enough money.... and I know in general each company wants to have customers, not to get rid of them. Could you please update your terms and conditions to this century. So, your loyal operator can offer better service to customers. Thank you in advance! P.S return my money back since I didn't receive any car and the payment was done.
Great service with a huge selection of cars. We were able to very quickly add an extra day to our hire, hence very flexible. Staff were also friendly and professional. Only downside, prices are slightly high compared to the more local companies, but you get what you pay for.
