This rubbish was listed as “grilled sirloin open sandwich” and cost me 8.50. Here I was thinking it would be a steak sandwich. Would also help if the wait staff knew more English than just “yes or no”. Next stop Burger King.

Did not have food but it looked good Lovely beer with very good service. A bit pricey but it is at Schipol Airport
Kitchen closed at 6:45am and its a 24hr café. One person working in the shop and she is a waiter trying to make coffees. Worst coffee ever and expensive as well. Suggest the cafe shop get more staff. Really bad experience
Very tasty toasties and freshly made minestrone. Friendly professional staff and reasonable prices.
I was waiting there for 10 minutes to be attended but none of the staff came . They were busy chit chatting with each other. I reached the counter to place the order. Girls standing there didn’t even greet. They ask me “ what you want to have” in a rude tone. Another one rolled her eyes . Service was pathetic . They serve the food as if they are doing a favor. Most of the time I have seen them looking at customers, whispering to each other and laughing at them . I work in service industry and I understand the body language very well. I ll not suggest this restaurant to anyone . I did find them racist. White people were served first and they look down on other nationalities. I have noticed a staff member was talking to his friend ( was not the restaurant employee)for 15 minutes and I think she gave him some free food while customers who were waiting to pay and eat was ignored.Restaurant authorities you can check your cameras. Your staff is horrible. If they were working in my company they would have got terminated because rudeness and racism is not tolerated at all.
Just spend 20 minuts waiting on my order of 1 Sprite, a glass of Chardonnay and some food. People who came much later were served, while we were being ignored. After 15 minuts and asking a waitress about it, she asked who we ordered with, smiled on my answer, and just went on her way without any concrete handeling. Waited 5 more minuts, left thirsty and with empty stumach feeling dum.
Dreadful experience, food was cold for most of us and half of it was missing ar first. Then my sister found plastic in her salad, then the manager basically called her a liar, and said you wouldn't find plastic in your food here. Well let me tell you we did, the manager needs to go on a customer service course. Please dont go to this restaurant, I definitely would not recommend it. I would give this a minus star it doesn't deserve even a one star.
