Cordial, welcoming staff greeting and serving our meals; beautiful restful decor and atmosphere. Limited menu because of COVID-19, what was chosen for the menu, though, meets a broad array of cultures and tastes, including vegetarian items. Highly recommend it for hotel guests and your guests.

Very pleasantly suprised of this restaurant. We had several dishes, Asian and European dishes and it all tasted amazing, looked nice and was a good portion size. Staff was friendly and provided good service.
I had a great evening with my father at the restaurant. The food was great, service high quality, atmosphere pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful and worth to spend at least a night at.
Fancy restaurant beneath the prestigious Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Some dishes are way bigger than others, so check up front with the waiter how big it is. Taste is very delicious. I would definitly recommend this restaurant to both hotel guests as business lunches/dinners.
The Bowery is the upscale restaurant of the Hilton Airport hotel. Very expensive - think 30 euros for a hot dish at lunch or 22 euros for a burger. Service lacking due to being understaffed - slow during a fairly busy lunch hour, forgot to bring cutlery, food cooled down etcetera. Staff very friendly though. Quality of the food quite good also thanks to top notch ingredients. The atmosphere at lunch a bit restless due to in-hotel conference delegates moving in and out.
