I really had a pleasant experience all the way down to the bag screening personnel. One in particular had on a beautiful smelling perfume. She took the time to help me find it via google and informed that it is sold at one of the duty free gift shops. Sadly due to the recent restrictions, many shops were closed.

My first time at this airport, everything has been good but one million of control when you arrive from France and go to Thailand. Unfortunately almost all boutiques are closed that's good for save money but very weird. M. Covid when are you going to let us live our life..
Perfectly allocated direction and information on the boards. Entire structure is an amazing masterpiece. I like the check in facilities here, it was fast, smooth and precise. When it comes to staff behaviour this airport already surprised highest level of service facility. Staffs are informative and taking care of you specially related documents while aiming passenger won't miss the flight. Duty free store is also positive point here. Seats allocation are done quite well even though it was rush there were enough place to keep all people while maintaining social distance.
A great hub for North America and Europe. I use it a lot as it has convenient flight times from Glasgow to France. It is a huge airport and can be a rush to connecting flights if you have been delayed. Lots of retail and food outlets.
Schiphol is my preferred hub for transfer flights. The shops have a great offer; the Restaurants serve pricey yet tasty food, the sanitary are spacious and mostly clean. Getting to your designated gate is simple, though sometimes long walks are necessary!
