Very helpful customer service. I think they're a small business, so maybe don't expect instantaneous reactions, but they will get back to you when needed. I felt my purchase to be very much appreciated and they deliver what they promise.

After five weeks of sending messages back and forth i decided to ask for a refund. After waiting almost three weeks for my first pair, I took contact and got the message they were sold out and that i could order a newer, more expensive pair on the companies cost. After waiting two more weeks i decided for a refund. I waited five weeks and didn receive any shoes. I understand times are difficult, but constant prolonging of delivery times makes nobody happy. Dont tell people shoes will be shipped on Monday when you are not sure of it because they will expect delivery. I went to an actual store and got my pleaser shoes in 10 minutes.
