Handmade ARTISAN SOURDOUGH BREAD. From their small canal house in Schiedam, this microbakery bakes a small amount of bread and cookies. Every Wednesday and Saturday people from Schiedam, but also Rotterdam, stroll through streets near the canal and pick up their orders. Spontaneous visits are also welcomed. They have some loaves for walk-ins. But, be quick! These beautiful sourdough loaves with an open crumb and crispy crust go fast. So go for that sunny walk in the historic center of Schiedam! Wat een geweldige adresje! Kakelvers zuurdesem brood, de lekkerste koeken en zéér sympathieke eigenaren. We sliepen gelijk maar een nachtje in hun B&B boven de bakkerij, wat een genot! Alles tot in de puntjes op orde, sfeervol en brandschoon️ Het uitzicht over de Schiedamse grachten is ook werkelijk fenomenaal. Kom dus op tijd voor hun krakend brood en boek alvast maar een nachtje want dit pareltje gaat rap naam en faam maken, ook ver buiten Schiedam!
Fantastisch brood, mooie bakkerij op een prachtige locatie. Koffie van een echt espresso apparaat en sympathieke uitbaters. Aanrader!
