Great car buying experience. This was my first Jeep, so I did not know anything about the brand. My sales professional was Jordan. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the different options. I was really there just to learn and look, but was just really excited about the Jeep and ended up purchasing one. I got the perfect car for me. There was no high pressure sales. I really enjoyed my experience.

Took my car in for an oil change. When I picked my car up later that evening, there was a dent on the front fender. I look at my car every day, and my husband had just washed it a couple of days before this. There was no dent there. Called them to let them know. The service manager, Theresa, then told me that I drove my car in that way. They have proof because of the cameras. She tried to email me pics and video. Everything was blurry. Stated that I could come in to view video. Also said the dent was noted on the service summary, but that it wouldn't be available until the next day. Reviewed the summary and nothing was noted on there. Went in to view the video in person, and it was no better, still blurry and horrible quality. Spoke with another guy and the service manager together. He then offered an alternative. Said he would get his body shop person to look at it, and it would probably be like 100 to fix. They took a picture of it, and said they would give me a call in a few days. A few days turned into almost two weeks. Called to speak to the Service manager again. She acted surprised that no one had contacted me, and from there was very rude, unapologetic, and basically stated that the damage was my fault, and did not want to accept responsibility for the damage. After that all I received was a quote from Gerber Collision from some other person at the dealership. You would think a paying customer would receive better service, and they assume responsibility for damage to my car. Horrible service, and poor management. Considering the fact that it had been in there care all day, and the supposed video footage was horrible.
Amazing service! Oday Omar you where amazing! Helped out by finding my new car! He was amazing great service very knowledgeable and funny personality. He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy the man is amazing. Really out did himself and really went above and beyond from what a salesman usually do. Five stars I def recommend seeing him. Ohh and yes by the way this is my second car i bought from him :)

Although I didn’t come to a deal with the dealership, I wanted to write a positive review for a salesmen I worked with. If you have any interest in any vehicles at this dealership; make sure you ask for Aaron. I’ve dealt with many shady salesmen in past experiences, but he made everything welcoming and I didn’t feel like I was being being scammed. Found me a better option than I was looking at, was very respectful, and was very respectful when I told him that I’d had a change of heart in the deal. Thank you Aaron for a positive experience!
