Bought a lamp, i got it damaged twice, first i sent it back, second time asked for discount because is heavy to bring it to the pickup point. Just got 10 for a big damage (scratches as well didn’t include it in the picture because of the mirror effect)rude and didn’t even give a solution after knowing this isn’t the first time. Bought chairs as well, one went messing and others incomplete, after a lot of calls and complications, got the chairs but nothing for the bother they made me go through for more than a week. Bad customer service. Never buying again, and i am one of the firsts that bought from them when they started online, disappointed for their costumer service.
