Just hired a van for the weekend and took it back today. I must say, not only are these the best price in the area, they were very professional and very friendly, and the van was brand new and a pleasure to drive. I know where I'll be going next time I need a van. Would definitely recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!!!!! THE OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS WERE SPOT ON!!!! I hired out a Mercedes sprinter for a week. Upon returning the vehicle I was told the rear small reflector needed replacing due to it being cracked, and a small cress on the corner of the back door needed a smart repair. I was charged 248 for the repair which i think was an absolute rip off! The small reflector couldn't of cost more than 10-25. and the small cress on the body work you could not even tell if it was there or not depending on the sun light. So could have been there from before but I didn't notice it. There was small dings on the body work anyway so I can't see why I was charged and small dings were not repaired from prior customer use????????? I Couldn't even take a pics of the small cress in the body work because it was barely visible and did come up on the camera because of the sun light. As mentioned I probably missed it when first going over the van. If you do not take my advice and decide to go with company. Make sure you check the vehicle with a fine tooth pick. As they seem to try and anything to keep your deposit. The lady there is a bit of a jobs worth.
I was recommended to this company, we hired Skoda Karoq, very comfortable great on fuel. Superb service from start to finish, I would definitely recommend & use them again.
I hired a new 9 seater for 5 days. The vehicle was superb to drive with lots of extras (plenty of usb points, air con controllable for all passengers, lots of storage) etc. Excellent on fuel, we drove from Romford to Dorset, explored different areas every day some 25 miles from our base and returned via a different route through West London. The total amount of fuel used was 78! Friendly efficient staff and service. Highly recommended ***
