Stumbled across this place on a day trip to Knaresborough. A fantastic little tea room (although not 'too' little, as they have space upstairs as well) and so good to see so many well thought-out vegan options on the menu. I had soup, a sandwich and salad, and all were thoroughly enjoyable. Didn't try the cakes but they all looked great too, and I overheard very positive things about them from other customers. Staff were great and the owner was very friendly and welcoming - had a good chat with her about the cafe and she clearly takes a huge amount of care and attention in making it as good as it can be. Thoroughly recommended if you're in Knaresborough or nearby.

What a lovely place to have morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea or all three! Helpful staff, nicely presented cafe and perfect menu for vegetarians and vegans (I am neither but I had a lovely lunch). Just off the main streets so nice and quiet too. Seats outside are lovely when it's sunny. Definitely worth a try.

Lovely place to stop after a long walk, delicious comforting vegan food and a bonus that we could take the dog! We loved it!

Fabulous 1940s style tea room, situated in a quiet and lovely courtyard, you can transport yourself back to wartime Britain, with 1940s music gently playing in the background and the staff wearing authentic 1940s clothing. The soup, tea and cakes were excellent, if you want to feel a bit nostalgic about the 1940s a visit here is a must, a real gem of a place.
