As a temporary measure my Mother in Law spent 7 weeks, 11 Sep - 29 Oct, at Scarlet House. Mum was made to feel very welcome and she soon settled down and enjoyed her stay there. She found the staff very helpful, kind and patient. My wife and her sisters found the manager, Katrina, excellent in accommodating them with their visits to Mum. Her stay at Scarlet House helped Mum with her transition to living in a care home permanently. A five star place to live!

A caring and compassionate team of staff who will go above and beyond their line of duty to ensure that all the care that is delivered is the best that it can be, that wishes are granted and that the atmosphere in the home is happy, homely and warm.
Always short staffed for carers . More office admin people than carers. Agency staff proven to be cruel, cross and rough. The staff take up most of the car park. Always cars parked on pavement at entrance blocking the wheelchair accessible drop curb. The lifestyle team are great and that's the only positive. I cant comment on the nursing staff.
