Really friendly club with large bar/lounge. Great prices and good pints. The problem is that I don’t go for those reasons. Why I go lets it down. The entertainment is rubbish with mediocre singers with taped backing. They often sing Neil Diamond or Penny Arcade. That is my cue to leave and proof of how bad they really are. You can get a good game of dominoes downstairs if you can’t stand the music but don’t want to go home. I still like this club but get some top north east bands in.
Quiet but friendly with a snooker room downstairs and a pool table in the bar.
Great beer at a good price. Both my Dad and I are members, big screen for sports and nice folk behind the bar and in it.
