like
Friendly and helpful service. Delivery also available.
Good range of products, helpful staff, all social distance requirements in place. Prefer to use this business as I am local, and prices always good as well.
NOT HAPPY .. I RANG THIS FIRM OVER 6 MONTHS AGO TO ASK ABOUT THEM MAKING ME SOME DRIVEWAY GATES TO MATCH THE LARGE GARDEN GATE WE HAD MADE FROM THEM AS WE WHERE SO PLEASED .... I WAS TOLD ON PHONE TO SENT EMAIL WITH SIZES AND PLANS ETC .. SO I DID EVEN PHOTOS OF ONES WE LIKED .. THINK I HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH SO NO EXCUSES .. THIS PLACE WAS A RECOMMENDATION . BUT WILL NOW LOOK ELSEWHERE DUE TO THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS YOU RING THEY SAY THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU BUT NEVER DO ALSO . OTHER ISSUES IN PAST REGARDING SENDING ME WRONG ORDER THEN LOSING MY INVOICE & TOLD BY WOMAN IN STORE SHE COULD NOT REMEMBER MY PHONE CALL . I WAS VERY ANNOYED INSIDE .. I LET THAT GO BUT THIS IS LAST STRAW . WONT BE RECOMENDING ! IN FACT I DERNT JUST INCASE THEY LET THEM DOWN TOO .
I purchased a 7 x 5 shed with the installation service. Visited to order in person and was surprised at the size of the place! Had a few sheds on dispay and plenty of stock. The in out system was very professional to prevent too many people entering at the same time. I had the shed installed today and am really happy with the quality and the installation service. I will be recommending Flixton & using them again in the future.
