The beds were comfortable, The room was spacious enough for 2 of us in one room and the bar staff were nice and friendly but that where the good things end there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so not a place for the summer if you are going to be spending a lot of time in the room, they have a laundry with 1 washer n dryer for the whole 50 rooms and you might have to do 2 cycles to dry your clothes, if you lose your keys late at night you have no one you can contact from the staff because there emergency after hours number is disconnected we had the water turned off on us while in the shower with no notice before or after the fact so I won’t be coming back here

Very friendly, good location and a company bed. Place needed some maintenance however was fine for the price and had very good bar food.
I've been sitting here with my kids gor an hour now they have had there meal no signs of mine yet. Unsure if the Trained monkey cooking can read. As for the rooms I had to go buy bottle water to drink cause the water out of the tap is 3rd world quality. Never again I do not recommend is one bit Faulty towers rings a bell
Fabulous modern place to stay. Very well maintained and clean. Camped there on a powered wite amenities were awesome!
No aircon, toaster, microwave, bathroom Taps on back to front which we were informed about. Basically whole place needs refurbishment, hence the lower than average Price. Nice view and the reception lady was nice, i would expect more though it's 2021 not 1975
We just had a fantastic weekend stay here. Great value for money. The rooms have been freshly renovated, really clean with subtle seaside colours and a coastal view to die for. There is a bath and a shower with fabulous hot water pressure!!. Easy parking and the resort was really close to a funky coffee shop, great wineries and fresh seafood places in St. Helens and Bicheno. We would definitely stay there again.
A walk back in time. Don't be fooled by promo photos on line. This "Resort" needs a huge upgrade to meet the expectations of displayed internet photos. Great view from the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were inadequately serviced cleanliness was basic but behind the "scenes" very much an eye opener. A good spring clean repaint and much repairs needed
The “Manager” of this resort, Michael, is a liar, fraudulent and rude. After advising the resort via email with 2 weeks notice that we would require an after hours check in, we were told that we would be given the code on the day. The code was never received. After spending 40 minutes attempting to call the resort before they “closed” to get access details we were returned with a call, rude, argumentative and unwilling to give access details for us for late check in. We had to argue for 30mins. We checked in at 10pm with an envelope with no instructions. Once we finally found our room (that did not have a room number on the door) we opened the door to a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Called out of hours number we waited 20 minutes for Michael to arrive to offer no apologies but excuses and lies. We were eventuall given a room without the amenities (spa bath) and beach views that we paid for and were refused any sort of compensation or refund. The lady on the desk in the morn. looked like she was still out from the night before and could not say anything other than “it’s my first day here”. Wotif has offered no help in rectifying our experience and Michael has wiped his hands clean of it. I would never recommend staying at this “resort” as the rooms, facilities, management and staff were horrible. We read other reviews and total agree with the guests who said sleeping in the public toilets across the road would have been better. Do not spend your money at this place, you will feel robbed and violated.
