I am someone who has been unwittingly thrust to the scale modelling hobby and wasn’t sure footed. Scale model shop seem to have all the stuff needed to get you started and John and Darren are very helpful in navigating your way through the maze. I must say the hobby is not for the faint hearted if you want to do it well. I am very happy with Scale Model shop who are helpful , responsive and reliable. Having dealt with them several times I can certainly recommend them highly.

Pretty much outstanding!! Just as I become more and more jaded with poor online shopping experiences, along come SMS! Boy, what a breath of fresh air. Easy to use website, good selection of products, value for money and IN STOCK!! :-O Ordered some items near Christmas and was GOBSMACKED when they arrived the very next day. Seriously - I opened the package not even dreaming that it was what I'd ordered the day before. Please keep this up guys - it makes you stand out from the crowd. Great vendor of hobby materials. I recently ordered Steel, Dark Aluminium and Silver paints from the Vallejo Metal Colour range and they were delivered on time and securely. Additionally, the price per pot was around 60p cheaper than several other places. Looking forward to using the paints and will definitely order from here again.
