My sisters and I visited here today to find out more information on getting pet Geckos! The gentlemen was so helpful in telling us everything we need to know and let us have a hold to let us know how easy they are! He was very informative and helpful! We left with 3 Geckos! Disappointed with the customer care of Mick, we bought a bearded dragon and set up after went in so many places and fell in love with the passion of Miki a young girl. After we set up the enclosure with the che (ceramic heater emitter lamp) and microclimate pulse 2b thermostat I posted on the beardragon owner uk facebook group (4300 members) where they explained that the che lamp is not suitable for beardragon as it is not emit natural ligh and doesn't heat properly for the dragon, but useful only in case during the nights the temperature fails under 15 celsius. I had to replace with a normal light bulb 100w and habistat dimming thermostat. We tried to ask for an exchange (no refund) for other products instead. We just got a no as an answer. I have been asked to not come back in the shop as the settings has been changed and they couldn't help anymore. This is how to loose a customer and get bad publicity for the shop.
