I went to savers at Braintree on Friday 13th Nov at 17:13 and the shop was closed while the shop attendants were in talking. I tried opening and the door won't open. I called and one person opened and told me they are closed and i can't come in. I demanded to speak to the manager and she said they are waiting for delivery so they can't let me in. Meanwhile, they finish at 17:30. The manner in which they spoke to me was rude, not even apologetic. What has your delivery got to do with a customer. You have lost a customer for good

Went in here yesterday what a shambles safety out the window no social distancing I told the woman at the till that the hand sanitizer was empty she didnt appear interested only in the fact that she was going home soon. If you are anxious about the current situation my advice is give this shop a miss
