Savers offer branded and unusual products at a great price
Well organised shelves. Excellent customer care.
I went to savers at Braintree on Friday 13th Nov at 17:13 and the shop was closed while the shop attendants were in talking. I tried opening and the door won't open. I called and one person opened and told me they are closed and i can't come in. I demanded to speak to the manager and she said they are waiting for delivery so they can't let me in. Meanwhile, they finish at 17:30. The manner in which they spoke to me was rude, not even apologetic. What has your delivery got to do with a customer. You have lost a customer for good
Staff All ways so helpfull when I go in & 2 all the other customers as well, a lovely store 2 shop in AAAAA, PATRICK..
