Very beautiful also for those who may want to know it has a wheelchair accessible entrance apart from the front stair one. It was very lovely. Wish all churches had the money to do be this grand. The curator told us they meant the church to tell stories from the bible to help those who couldn't read to be able to learn it. I would go here again and recommend it.

Beautiful cathedral. Excellent architecture and design. Stunning stained glass scenes throughout. Beautiful wood sculptures of the stations of the cross. We visited during Christmas and the decorations were tactful, but the large nativity scene was very detailed (only wish we could have seen it a bit closer. Opportunity to purchase ornaments and other \souvenirs\ after the self guided tour. Volunteers were quite friendly. I recommend visiting this beautiful church.

I have visited this cathedral a few times and I am always in awe of its beauty. It is such an intricate church, featuring beautiful stained glass windows, vaulted ceilings with delicate paintings and just an overall welcoming atmosphere. The outside structure isn't ostentatious at all, but the inside will leave you breathless. I love that it's free to visit and it even has a clean restroom, which is always needed when you're out walking in the city. A must see if you're in Savannah

Located in the historical city of Savannah. Upon walking inside the cathedral. It was breathtaking. I was in awe of the architecture of This Magnificent Cathedral. I stayed inside for awhile just praying. As of August 2020 masks were required to enter. Upon leaving I purchased a homemade rosary. If you love historical churches. You would enjoy this one. A 5 STAR destination. Thank you

(Read end of review ) Absolutely stunning architecture and artwork. You will be awed by the sheer size and care of this amazing church. From murals, carvings, stained glass windows to a gorgeous pipe organ it will leave you speechless. Mentioned to the guide a key difference between Stations of the Cross 10-12 and he said it has never been picked up on before and must have been an artist error. SEE IF YOU CAN FIND IT
