When you call to set up an appointment there is no voice menu option for that, so you have to just press any number to get through or it will simply hang up on you. After explaining this to the person who answered the phone, she asked me why I would like to make an appointment. After explaining at length, she asked for my insurance info. Then she asked me again why I would like to make an appointment. Apparently she wasn't listening to me the first time. Says a lot about a doctor's office.

Dr. Rydzak is a wonderful and compassionate doctor. He never cancels your appointment and never rush you out. He puts his patients first! He listens to your concern and always willing to try something new if he thinks it could be more beneficial to your health instead of being authoritative.

I have been under Dr Rydzak's care for 20 years with esophageal stenosis and regular colonoscopies. His office runs like a well-oiled machine: VERY PATIENT and helpful office staff. l have actually NEVER had to wait in waiting room, nor for a procedure. Dr Rydsak listens closely, appears to remember my case despite years between visits. l have had at least six procedures at the Institute, and after each one, he explains what was found and what steps to take. His RNs, NPs, and PAs have always appeared knowledgeable and pass on information to the doctor. l have to drive 60 minutes to see Dr Rydsak, and l have never had reason to go elsewhere. A
