While on a road trip, we experienced car trouble. The service department kindly helped us diagnose the issue. While what they recommended did not end up fixing the issue completely, I was impressed with their willingness to help on such short notice! I was also impressed they did not immediately recommend an expensive part replacement, like several dealerships we visited after recommended. I'm sure with a little more time they could have fully diagnosed the issue, but we were in a hurry. Thank you again!

I had a warning light on my California campervan. I was nervous about driving back to England. I visited Volkswagen Mulhouse, they were incredibly helpful. They looked at my van straight away, checked the reason for the warning. Then they reset the indicator and gave me advice for traveling back in case it occurred again. The staff were amazing and were very sympathetic to my very limited french. I can travel home now without the stress of a potential breakdown.

ayant pris RDV , auprès de Sebastien, vendeur, pour un essai d'une ID 3. Suis arrivé le jour et l'heure convenue(samedi 23/1 à 10h30). Quelle a été ma surprise lorsque qu'on m'a dit qu'une autre personne devait faire l'essai à la même heure. On m'a dit de revenir l'après midi... qu'on m a \oublié \sans s'excuser.. pas très professionnel votre organisation, pour une concession automobile.
