First of all saul himself is an absolute liability. We had a job which cost us 15,000. Now im no expert on laying floors but i could have done a much better job, and thats with my eyes closed. The general service of the company was very unorganised, there were days when workers didnt turn up. The aftercare from the company is also atrocious he now rejects our calls because he knows we are unhappy with the work. Flooring is coming up in more than several places, the entire team are of a below amateur level, im still to this day trying to contact him to no avail, we will never use him again and we are in the pricess of taking the matter to court to get reimbursed for a proportion of the money paid back to us, because its free to take a matter to small claims court now. we have the evidence that we have been trying to contact him since the work was done. It wasnt a 15000 to start off with let alone it being worth 15000 once it was finished. he takes on all these jobs, over price them does bit by bit. but does all the jobs half hearted, i have never met somebody full of so much rubbish in my life. would not recommend either try somebody elkse, or even better do it youtrself

We contacted Saul for a bit of a last minute job to do 90% of the flooring in our new house and he kindly came out on his day off on Sunday to measure for us and gave us a quote that more than beat any of the quotes we had received. Saul and his colleague arrived this morning and cracked straight on with the vinyl and carpet, from start to finish they were lovely and friendly and we are so pleased with the finished product, they have done an amazing job! Thank you so much again - We would definitely use Saul for any future work & we’ve already recommended him to several friends and family members
Arranged to Meet Friday Evening / First Thing Saturday morning but No Show. Went down to Chalet especially to meet up so wasted time and Fuel. Asked for Rescheduled Meet but NO response. So So Let Down as wasted my weekend and cost me money !!!!
I had my stairs carpeted and had lino put down on my Downstairs floor x I'm very happy with the result and was a good price x will be using Sauls again for my landing flooring. very easy to talk to and friendly
Great service from ringing for a quote to coming to our home and picking from various samples to fitting the flooring very friendly would deal with again and have reccomended to friends and family thanks again very pleased.
