Small airport for a small city. It's OK... for now.

SUJ - is a small airport, with short ways to the gates, very friendly staff, but unfortunately just romanian airline Tarom and WizzAir are flying from here. There are 5 flights/week to Bucharest and 2 or 3 per week to London Luton with WizzAir. There is a parking place, a coffe bar upstairs (kind of expensive for a small city like Satu Mare) but no public transport to the city. You have to call a taxi. There is also no rent a car service.
Very bad customer service. I can't believe that we still employ people like the one who was after the check in. A tall man dark hair, who pushed me not even apologised after and started to shout to people waithing for passports cheque. You should train people how to behave before we let them work .
Professional service!
Decent , normal
5 star for the lady ho Speak on the phone on aeroport reception because he explained very nicely and civilly about the flights
Surprisingly profesional and welcoming staff. A huge well done
The security kinda long but except that all good, the stuff is kind and polite.
