Great service, not the best communication but fixed my satnav
Dropped in my relatively old TomTom for repair as it was not turning on at all. Was majorly worried about all the data and favourites saved on it as some of these were irreplaceable. They fixed it in no time at all and although I panicked when it seemed to not have any sound or gps signal when I picked it up they happily rectified it straight away. More than happy with the professional service provided and much cheaper than I had anticipated. Thanks a lot guys. Much appreciated! Tom
Very helpful my 3590 had no power at all
If your Sat Nav goes on the blink there is only one company to deal with! Sat Nav Doctor (Tonik UK) I personally own four Sat Navs, yep four, all TomTom's. The model I am writing about is a \TomTom Go 825 Live\ and I've had it about four years now and I love it, however after four years the battery went Kaput and after talking to TomTom in Holland they quoted 80.00 yep 80.00 so I did the obvious and Googled and came up with the foresaid. Like I say they supplied and fitted a new battery but phoned me to tell me that an internal connector was also suspect so I gave them the go ahead, job done and they sent it back to me but on receiving it I noted that the battery needed charging! further more it wouldn't charge so I sent it back with no qualms and they did a thorough dianoetic service and found the fault and repaired the same at NO extra cost. Well done Tonik a very pleasing result and you did what you said you would do, fixed it. Many thank Mr John Vallis
