I had the most amazing experience getting my wedding dress from here. The appointment was so easy to book and we could correspond using facebook or email as I have no phone signal where I live. The girls were lovely and let me try on lots of dresses and gave me space to make my decision. Any changes I needed were done no question. I loved my dress and I got the all important tears from mum. 100percent recommend and look out for their sample sales!
I had tried on over 50 wedding dresses by the time I walked through the door at Sassi Holford in Taunton. Up to that point I hadn't enjoyed the process. I had found it overwhelming and confusing. Then I met Kristine at Sassi Holford in Taunton. It was a joy from the very beginning with Kristine listening to what I wanted and my concerns. We found a dress. I then got cold feet and had a long conversation with Kristine about the dress. She told me to come back to the shop for another look around. I went in with three key words - classic, timeless and elegant. We found a different dress that I absolutely adored. It was bespoke using the top line of one dress and the material and skirt style of another. All my fittings were wonderful. I always left the store feeling a million dollars and excited for the big day. When the dress was ready it was absolutely perfect. It fitted my brief exactly. I couldn't have asked for better service, kinder staff or a more perfect wedding dress. I would do it all again tomorrow if I could!
Our daughter chose this designer for her wedding dress and we are so pleased she did from the very start the service was so friendly professional and the attention to detail was second to none. The whole process from start to finish was so easy because of the lovely staff they made all of us feel so welcome and they are so patient and completely understanding of how important the dress is for your big day. So a huge thank you to all the girls for making my daughters dress which was completely stunning 5*
I’m so pleased I went to Sassi Holford for my wedding dress. Kristine and the other girls were so lovely throughout the whole process. They were so welcoming and attentive and the last dress I tried on and ended up buying was actually the one that Kristine picked out for me after listening to everything I was saying. My family and I have such great memories of wedding dress shopping at Sassi Holford and I found the perfect dress, thank you so much.
