Wow, never had such a bad service in my life! I wish I can erase this experience! The waiter was horrible, he didn't greet us, didn't give us a menu and made fun of us because we couldnt speak italian. He was making fun of us even with other guests and was so unfriendly! I would call him racist cause he kept on saying in italian \its called fromaggi in italian\ etc etc. The food was not made with love. After a whole day travelling we longed for great italian food and this restaurant looked cosy from the outside. I can even make better Pasta than this! My boyfriends lasagne was small and cold (probably vaguely warmed in the microwave) and my dish with mushrooms was pretty tasteless. Our neighbours got more and were offered more and also cheese etc. When I kindly asked for cheese for us, the waiter was super rude and almost threw it on our table. We didn't do anything wrong, except we just came from France 10 hours ago and confused merci with grazie. The waiter also offered us no wine, just beer. I have never experienced sth so bad in my life. A shame for Italy and its normally great food :(.

Local family run restaurant (trattoria); wonderful cantankerous staff with loads of character in a good way. Good quality food (more meat than fish), massive portions, very good value for money. Toilets, spotless, up steep stairs with no elevator. All in all a favourite place.

che dire , in questi momenti , cerchi di dare sempre il meglio , invece ? domenica ore 12,40 entriamo io ed un altro signore , io dico se avessero un posticino per 3 persone , dico di avere un bambino piccolo ........Lui che risponde ? avete prenotato ? noi rispondiamo di no ! Lui Belin allora non c'è posto Buongiorno . Tipica accoglienza ligure ?
