Darryl, Darryl, DARRYL!! That man is the best thing since sliced bread!! A Cell Phone GURU!! He provides amazing service and amazing insight and advise!! In the words of Darryl himself.... "you don't need to figure anything out - you have a Darryl!" He also has amazing coworkers! Friendly faces willing to lend a hand even while you're waiting to talk to the main man Bravo Visions! So I have bitter sweet experience at this place. First, I went there to pick up my order that I placed online. They brought me the TV. I bought a wall mount too. And during all these process, the people working on floor were so nice, so polite and helpful. I would have given 5 stars. Then why am I not ? Well while I was waiting for my friend to help me getting the TV home, I saw a sticker on the box that says "resealed"! And I was like "why are they trying to give me an open box item or the worst case a returned item while I paid for the full brand new item! I asked the guy and he did not know. Thats okay. No complaints. But he asked a manager or so and that guy was like "oh u bought online , thats the issue, blah blah blah". Anyway, later when I insisted not taking that one the floor guy looked for an unopened one and brought it back for me! So moral of the story is, the floor guys are wonderful, helpful! The management (especially the guy who gave me all the BS, i am guessing from his formal uniform) is meh! And nasty ! And before picking up anything from here, check the box for any unusual packaging sign.

Prices were good, sales were nice only complained I had was the front lady doing the approval for applications was more worried about my credit and how good my credit score was for my approval then just trusting me and running it through. She was being prejudiced and I felt judged.
