No knock at the door , no door bell , I was home and it was left outside on its side. The app even said that I personally received it. Can’t say I’m happy about them leaving a very expensive turntable out front like that.

Same as other reviews, driver left expensive package on front step. They didn't ring the bell or knock and we were home. 'How long' would that take to ring the bell, luckily no porch pirate scooped our new 400 vacuum. Will never use them again, this is pathetic. Feb 5/2021

1 star because I had an issue and couldn't use phone or internet so I had to go in. Sign-on door says Closed to public. This seems like nice information to put on your Google business page. Or on the voice recording when one calls in would make sense.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. My package was delivered to the wrong address and customer care told me to pick it up at the location on the card and there was nothing they could do. I didn't pay for delivery to pick it up somewhere else. Paying for a service you did not receive is fraud. SHOULD NOT BE CALLED A DELIVERY SERVICE!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Shipped packages to my customer worth thousands last month(Aug), Ups lost some of the items during shipping, customer received only 1 item. Ups started an investigation beginning of Aug, then without notice, closed the investigation at the beginning of Sept, just straight up closed it, no notification at all. When I contacted them they explained the investigation will be re-opened and it will be about another 8 days until they get results...Customer is pied and demanding I order them replacement items on my dime. Will NEVER USE UPS AGAIN! They should change the company name to F-Ups.

ONCE AGAIN A BAD BAD DELIVERY FROM UPS SASKATOON. My delivery was required with a signature. The driver drop my package off and took off without us signing it, instead he signed it for us!!!! If I had not have my gf at home waiting for it the package may have gotten stolen... UPS needs train their employees much more about professionalism...

Didnt deliver package, didnt let me know where it was being held, lied to me about brokerage fees and made the process incredibly difficult. Scum of the Earth.
