No notification that the package was in transit. We have a doorbell video of the delivery driver who did not ring the doorbell upon delivery of the package and so we did not know it was here. As a result is was stolen. Simply ringing the doorbell would have solved this issue. We were home the whole time.... Thanks for the response. We have already sent you the info. Best would be to train all of you delivery drivers to ring doorbells up on delivery.

Terrible service. I had an expensive electronics package from Best Buy delivered through them (not my choice). They did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let me know they had delivered the package. They proceeded to force the package into my mailbox that was very obviously not big enough for this package. When I went out to retrieve it from the mailbox, it was packed so tightly in there that my mailbox completely fell off and onto the ground while I tried to get the package out. They also delivered this package with no notice while it was -50 outside, and therefore the package sat outside for two hours before I noticed in my email that it had been delivered. This was an electronics product that probably shouldn't be sitting outside in -50. Avoid this company at all costs.
Absolute garbage. I was not provided with tracking info until 9 days after my package had shipped. By the time I received the tracking info, I learned it had been held with 'bad address' for 6 days. No information on how to resolve this. Finally tracked someone down who said the package had been returned. I received no communication about this whatsoever. It's like they've never seen a rural route address before.
On more than on occasion when ordering products from amazon we receive a "delivery attempted" that states "business closed" even though someone has been home all day because we expected a package.
Cannot even find their own tracking number. Lost shipment and no help. Think twice before ordering from any company that does with them (Dynamex)
Doesn't deliver your package, just rips up the tag and leaves a fresh, unsigned one in its place. They close too early for pickup and they never have your package available. One of the worst courier services I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life.
They said they attempted to deliver but business was closed. Business was open, as my hubby works there and was there from 7am with the overhead bay doors open. So they weren't there at all, and lied about it. If you dont offer Saturday delivery, don't take payment from Amazon for Express service. That's ripping people off, false advertising and fraud.
Why does Amazon continue to use them? They don’t deliver outside city limits yet accept parcels from amazon to deliver outside city limits. No pick up location. Even in city limits the delivery is hit or miss. And then they scan the package in as delivered and you have to fight with amazon to get a refund. such a scam for a company and complaints get no results.
