THIS STOR ALL RIPPED ME OFF 140 AFTER SETTING UP A STORAGE UNIT FRAUDULENTLY IN THE NAME OF MY MOTHER WHOM WAS 300KM AWAY. THEN REFUSED US ACCESS TO SAID UNIT FOR 2 HOURS. I WAS GIVEN NO PAPERWORK TO SHOW WHEN THE ACCOUNT WAS CREATED, WHOM CREATED IT, AND GATE CODE WAS LOCKED OUT AFTER THE UNIT BEING OPENED ONLY ONE WEEK BY STAFFS ACCOUNT.

My wife used Storall 10 years ago, and recently We used Storall for our move. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Site is very clean. Really liked their billing system as they only charge for the days you actually use the lockers and not the entire month. If we ever need storage be it short or long term, we will go back to StorAll.

We have been using Stor All MIni Storage for over 10 years. Even though the problems have been very few, they were looked after very fast. The security is better than any other I have seen in a Storage facility. I like the gate code setup where you cannot get out the gate if you do not sign in. The cameras ( as I found out ) are very good. Brenda has always been accommodating providing my requests were reasonable. when they were not, she put me at ease with a through reasoning why I cannot have what I was asking for. I always leave with a smile on my face, seems to be rule in that office.
