I was scheduled to take a payroll refresher. I had previous experience on quick books and simply. I hadn't used these skills in a while so i wanted to refresh my previous training. what a mistake to come here! the instructor was flying through all the steps so fast that i couldn't keep up. Then when i asked a question, his body language and look let me know asking for help was not in his schedule. Please don't send your employees here for training.
