We recently purchased a new home and wanted someone to come and take a look to make sure everything was in order before our New Home Warranty period was up. Derek walked us through his entire inspection and was able to identify a few areas for us to discuss with our builder and was also able to give us maintenance tips and tricks to keep our new home looking and functioning great! I would highly recommend his services to anyone!
The market is crazy right now. My girlfriend and I had just bought our first home.
