Amazing clothing, but very rude and ignorant staff. One young male worker didn’t say one word to me while at check out, found it very rude and unprofessional . Please have a word with your workers about how to treat customers.

If I didn't want the shirt for my son I would have walked out. The young lady at the till could not have made it more clear she didn't feel like serving me or taking my money. When my daughter says wow she doesn't like her job....It's evident.
Love the store, always my go to place when I'm in the city!

Spencer's has always been mine and my daughters favorite store. This last time we were there it seemed emptier than usual, pandemic reasons maybe.
I love the stuff they sell in Spencers, but the staff is unprofessional, rude, and clueless. I went there and bought 4 graphic tees for chirstmas presents, and when I got home I noticed that they hadn't removed the detector from one of the shirts, and I obviously cannot remove it myself because it spills ink on the shirt. So I went back to the store, and nicely explained what had happened. The lady there didn't even care that she inconvenienced my day, wasted my time, gas and money on parking to come all the way back to the mall to have this thing removed. They should offer a 10 gift card at the very least to people when this sort of thing happens. It's unprofessional. Especially considering I have read other reviews on this exact same issue, and had friends of mine tell me they have had identical experiences to this one. Seems like this happens more than it should, and if it were any other store I feel as if they would care more. Love the store, hate the staff and unprofessionalism. For the amount of money they charge for shirts, or well anything in the store, it's ridiculous to have this happen a handful of times. People pay good money for the things in that store.
Nice store, always clean. Staff are friendly. Only issue is the face that I purchased a birds of prey hoodie tonight only be super disappointed a while after leaving midtown store to realize the cashier didn’t remove the security tag! Now I have to make a second trip back. Not sure how it didn’t set off their security alarm on my way out. Just very inconvenient for me to have to go to the store again just to have the security ink tag removed.
